And yet another building that was going to be sold to investors – their protest was apparently successful, so the ‘Milieuschutz’ (protection of social composition of the neighbourhood) has actually had an effect here and the Neukölln borough has bought the house through the ‘Vorkaufsrecht’, the right to be preferred when a piece of property is for sale, with the Gewobag, the Berlin-owned property company. Congratulations!
